After a long day of exploring, I was actually surprised by the really good service at Firefly Luxury Suites. The staff were pretty good too make my stay nice. The suite itself was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to both downtown and the gondola. The breakfasts were delicious and delivered right to my room. The spa facilities were great, providing the perfect place to unwind after a day of adventure. I had a fantastic experience at Firefly Luxury Suites and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Zermatt.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel! The location is perfect, being close to the gondola and just a short walk away from downtown. We were able to easily access the ski lift and explore the charming shops and restaurants in the area. The service at this place was exceptional, with friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. They provided us with helpful recommendations, made dinner reservations for us, and even sent back a forgotten item, making our daughter very happy! The room itself was modern, clean. From the Apple TV in every bedroom to the Dyson fan, no expense was spared in providing top-notch amenities. The spa area was also fantastic, and we especially enjoyed the bar with its great selection of cocktails. The views from this hotel were breathtaking, adding to the overall experience. We would highly recommend this place to our family and friends!

The location of the hotel is fantastic, close to many good restaurants and within walking distance to everything needed. It is also conveniently located near the main Matterhorn Express gondola, making it easy to access the ski slopes. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The service provided by the staff is top-notch, with friendly and knowledgeable staff members who go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast served in the morning is delicious and there is a variety of options to choose from. The spa facilities are also excellent, with a hot tub, sauna, and steam rooms available for relaxation.
Some guests may find the price of the hotel on the higher side.

Well-equipped suite for families, close to lifts and train station. Convenient kitchen, tasty breakfast options. Kids enjoyed PS4, great pool, hot tub, game room, and exercise room. Friendly staff, excellent service. Incredible view from loft room. Cozy fireplace, lovely breakfast served in room.
